Temperature and concentration measurement of water vapor was made by infrared absorption spectroscopy with a tunable diode laser and a detector. The measured absorption spectra of interest agree with the calculated spectra based on Toth's database. Intensity ratio of two absorption lines depends only on temperature of the gas. The measured intensity ratio agree with calculated one. The measured concentration by the diode laser agree with that by the probe hydrometer.
