The method of condition monitoring and diagnosis of machine has been changing rapidly, based on both social conditions, including the development of information transmission technology and computer technology as well as the standardization by ISO and globalization, and advantageous points that make it possible to reduce the cost and to raise production efficiency. Under these circumstances, condition monitoring and diagnosis of machine in the future is explained in this paper. First, the concept of the structure of a large scale monitoring system and the risk analysis for an introduction of the system is written. Next, the structure and methods of diagnosis system improved by authors is represented and the effectiveness is shown with regard to diagnosis of machine.
