Ruptured Aneurysm of the Distal Posterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery in a Neonate : Case Report

新生児期発症の後下小脳動脈末梢部動脈瘤を報告した。症例は生後34日の男児で約10日前からの頭囲拡大を主訴に来院した。頭部MRIで水頭症と延髄を左後方より圧迫する円形腫瘤が描出され、左椎骨動脈造影で左後下小脳動脈末梢部に動脈瘤が確認された。右脳室腹腔シャントの後、後頭下開頭にて動脈瘤を確認、親動脈をクリッピングした。術中の脳脊髄液は血性であった。術後経過は良好で現在まで正常に発育している。新生児期発症の脳動脈瘤はきわめてまれであるが本例を含め過去10例の報告がある。新生児期脳動脈瘤について特徴、病因等を考察した。
