STUDIES ON THE HISTOGENESIS OF EXPERIMENTALLY INDUCED YOLK SAC TUMOR IN RATS

人に発生するyolk sac tumorは胚細胞由来の腫瘍とされているがその組織発生に関しては不明な点が少なくない.水腫瘍の組織発生を解明する方法として腫瘍の病理組織像とその発生由来と考えられる母組織との形態学的関連性の比較検討を行なう必要があり,近年人の水腫瘍に関しては上記の方法によりその組織発生の解明を試みた報告は認められるが,実験的に動物にyolk sac tumorを誘発し,上記の方法により組織発生を考察した報告はごく少数である.そこで我々はすでに発表したごとく,妊娠ラット胎行性腺を発癌剤で処理を行なうことによりyolk sac tumorを誘発しているので,その腫瘍組織と母組織と考えられる胎行性腺について主として形態学的立場より比較検討を行ない,両者の類似性,共通性を求め組織発生の解明を行ない,下記のごとく結論を得た.まず,両者の細胞質にPAS陽性の非グリコーゲン穎粒の存在を認め,次いで抗ラットAFP抗体を用いた螢光抗体法によるAFPの局在に関する検討に於ても同様に両者の細胞質にその局在が確認された.さらに,電顕レベルの観察では両者に共通する所見として細胞質内に円形ないしは類円形の均一無構造穎粒の存在及び特徴的在発達したr-ERの存在を認め,一方,核の所見では胚細胞系腫瘍に特徴的とされているthread-like nucleolonemaを有する核小体が認められた.以上の結果からして本誘発腫瘍はラット胎行性腺を母組織として発生したものであることが充分に考えられた.
