By use of the non-relativistic Coulomb-Born qpproximation, calculations have been performed for cross sections of electron-impact excitation in helium-like ions (C, V, B, VI, O VII and Ne IX) in the cases of 1^1S⟶n^1P(n=2, 3), 2^3S⟶n^3P(n=2, 3) and 2^3P⟶3^3S transitions. In view of the application to high-temperature plasmas the cross sections for respective ions have been obtained at impact electron energies from threshold to 20 keV for 1^1S⟶n^1P, to 1 keV for 2^3S⟶2^3P and to 2 keV for 2^3S⟶3^3P and 2^3P⟶c3^3S.
