Through the method of reflection jcositivity, xve prove the existence of lozag range order as-sociated with dipole and quadrtrpole rnonaaents at finite teraaperature on the classical bilinear-biquadratic exchange Hamiltonian. We also obtain an trpper botrnd on the dipole phase transi-tion tetnperattrre, and find that there is a range of bilinear and biqtradratic exchange interactionpararneters for which the qtradrupole phase transition temperattzre lies above tlae dipole one,
