The spin wave spectrum of dense random packing amorphous ferromagnets isdiscussed. The genetal formula of spin wave stiffness parameter which appearsin the long wavelength dispersion relation is given. An explanation for the roton-like minimum observed in Mook's neutron diffraction measurement is also givenwithin the quasicrystalline approximation.
