The proton and neutron separation energies and the a-decay energies are estimated for most of the nuclei that have been discovered or will be discovered in near future. In this estimation four semi-empiricalrules for the proton and neutron separation energies are used in addition to the available experimental data. These rules are also used to eliminate the wrong data and to correct the wrong interpretations of the experimental results. The "best" values thus obtained are tabulated. Explanations are given for some of the data which are eliminated or need large adjustments.
