The txvo-time Green's ftrnctiora taaethod is applied to the naodified qtranttrtm Heisenberg unodelwith tlae following exchange interactions: The interactions decay as inverse square of the distancebetween sites ?ttad have alternate positive and negative signs with increasing distance betweensites; taaoreover, tlaey work xvell only along tlae coordinate axes. Tl're critical temperature andzero-tenaperattrre spin reduction are calctrlated for tlae orae-, two- and three-ditauensiotaal cases. The tenaperattrre dependetace of spin redttctions in two and tlaree ditnensions is estinaated inthe low-tenaperattrre region. The critical belaavior of lorag-range order and strsceptibility is alsoinvestigated. Lastly, it is atteraapted to estimate tlte long-distance behavior of static correl?ttionftrnction in one diznension.
