Study of a Broad Bump in Reaction Particle Spectrum Observed for the One-Neutron Pickup Reactions

Reaction particles from the (cl, t) reactions on "'Cd and "'Cd at 33 MeV and the('He, cv) reaction on "'Sn at 65 MeV were measured to investigate the deeply-boundneutron hole states. Angular distributions of broad bumps in the reaction particlespectra with a width of 8 MeV on the scale of residual excitation are well reproducedwith DWBA and coupled-channel analyses assuming that these structures are corn-posed of the particles arising from the full-strength one-neutron pickup transitions tothe 1 g,7., 2 p, 7., 2 p.7. and I f 7. neutron hole states and those from the full-strengthtwo-step transitions to the hole-vibration coupling states involving these neutron holestates and the first 2" and 3 states in the target or core nucleus. Existing data for the( p, d ) reactions on "'Cd and "'Sn at 52 MeV and for the (d, t) reaction on "'Sn at50 MeV are also analyzed and the same conclusion as above is indicated.NUCLEAR REACTIONS """'Cd(d,7), E=33 MeV; "'Sn('He,cv), A=65MeV; measured o(E, 0), o(E;.., 0).
