The decay of 6.3min ^<94m>Nb to levels of ^<94>Mo was studied with a Ge(Li) detector and a Ge(Li)-NaI(Tl) coincidence spectrometer. A 0.993-MeV gamma ray coincident with the 0.871-MeV gamma transition between the first excited and ground states of ^<94>Mo was found, and a level of ^<94>Mo at 1.864 MeV is proposed. A probable spin and parity assignment of 3^+ is made to the 1.864-MeV level.
