Thermomagnetic properties of solid solution between Cr.Te. and V.Te. areinvestigated. The Curie temperature decreases with increasing u, and disappearsat a triple point (n=0.7l .f0.02, T=25 K). An extra phase is found beyond thetriple point. This phase has the characteristics of spin glass or mictomagnetism. The Curie constant Cy(u) and the Weiss one 0,(u) are determined. Obtained valueof Cy(u) indicates that the magnetic moment per Cr atom is constant over thewhole range of u. The anomalous n-dependence of 0,(u), together with the ob-tained C.(u), is analyzed on the basis of the coexistence of the RKKY interactionand the direct- and super-exchange interactions. The obtained results are brieflydiscussed in view of the magnetically dilute effect on the magnetic exchangemnteractuons.
