The temperature dependence of the positive hyperfine field at "Co in a ferro-magnetic Heusler alloy CozTiAI has been carefully examined. It has been foundthat the hyperfine field is proportional to the magnetic moment in the widetemperature range including both the ferromagnetic and the paramagnetic states. The ESR study near the Curie temperature showed that the y-factor is close to2.1. From these results, it is concluded that the origin of the positive hyperfinefield is due to the large polarization of conduction electrons and not to the orbitalmoment.
