The magnetic susceptibility of CsCI-type CoTi was expressed as the Curie-Weisssusceptibility plus temperature independent term at temperatures above about300 K, i.e. 1637/(7'-T-6.66)-F-3.92 in the unit of 10-' emu/mol. In the same tem-perature range, the d spin component of the relaxation rate associated with the"Co nuclei showed saturation from tlte low temperature Korringa process. From the analysis of the d-spin relaxation, it is concluded that the amplitudesof the temperature dependent spin density fluctuations are saturated above T'=300 K and behave as if local moments are induced.
