The quantum correction of the conductivity by the Iocalization effect is evaluatedin the presence of the inelastic scattering due to screened Coulomb interaction. We find the contribution to the inelastic scattering time proportional to T-"as well as T "' in 3-dimensional system, indicating that the crossover will beobserved at some temperature.
