A many-body theory which takes account of the two-hole and one-electronmultirle scatterinu is develored. B>' at>rlvinu it to a simrle model simulatin:nickel, the result of the recent angle resolved pltotoemission experiment is dis-cussed. A reduction of both the exchange splitting and the d band width is ob-tained. The satellite position shifts toward the Fermi level from that given bythe two-hole /-matrix theory.
