The first three moments of the 7-ray multiplicity distribution have been cat-culated for the massive-transfer residue. Importance of the sign of the thirdmoment, i.e., skewness, is pointed out by showing that the skewness is likely to bepositive in the case of massive transfer, being contrary to the case of completefusion.
