The microw'a'?'e spectruun of t]ve normal hydrazine N.H. is studied in thefrequency' range extended up to I30GHz, The eight series of ?che 0-branchtransition lJJ=0, A-1=0 are observed. It is found that the invec'szon splittingfor the J. level is expressed by the form 1'..,=l6040.2 -1.53x.7(./-f-]) -25.9 K"(MHz). The rotational consta.nts ar'e obtained to be ,{=l43467.6MHz, B24083.0 MHz and C=24O7O.3 Ml-Iz. The height of the barrier tc>the internalrotation is detervn.ined to be Lz=]240850cm ' on the assunxrtion of thetwofold pote?vfiaI barrier.
