The microwave spectra of hydroxylamine and its deuterated species: NH_2OH, NH_2OD, NHDH, ND_2OH, NHDOD and ND_2OD have been observed and analyzed. Their rotational constants have been determined. The molecular structure of hydroxylamine is determined to be r(N-H)= 1.016^+_-0.008Å, r(N-O)= 1.453^+_-0.002Å, r(O-H)= 1.962^+_-0.005Å, θ(∠HNH) =107°06'^+_-30', θ(∠HNO) =103°15'^+_-30' and θ(∠NOH) =101°22'^+_-30'. The dipole moment and quadrupole coupling constants of NH_2OH are also determined. No splitting due to the inversion of the NH_2group is resolved.
