Microwave spectra of CH_3NH_2 and CH_3ND_2 were observed mainly in the 20 to 60 GHz region, and were analyzed by the internal axis method. The spectrum of CD_3ND_2 observed by Lide was reanalyzed. Rotational terms, internal rotation terms and inversion terms were determined and the inertia constants including I_α were given for each molecule. The barriers to internal rotation are 684.1 cm^<-1>, 678.7 cm^<-1> for CH_3NH_2, CH_3ND_2 and CD_3ND_2 respectively. Dipole moment and quadrupole coupling constants of CH_3ND_2 were determined.
