A Stark modulation-type spectrograph has been constructed. Millimeter wave klystrons are used as the power source. The sensitivity of the spectrograph is about 2×10^<-7>cm^<-1> at 70 Gc, when the spectral lines are displayed on a cathode-ray oscilloscope with a sweep rate of 1 cps. R-branch transitions 1_<01>←0_<00> of the formaldehyde isotopic species H_2C^<13>O, H_2CO^<18>, HDCO, D_2CO, D_2C^<13>O and D_2CO^<16> have been measured and their rotational constants have been determined. The observed inertia defects of D_2CO, H_2C^<13>O and H_2CO^<16> are shown to be in good agreement with the predicted theoretical values. From the observed rotational constants the γ_z structures of formaldehyde are determined to be H_2CO γCO=1.2078±0.003A, γCH=1.1161±0.007A, ∠HCH=116°31'±40' D_2CO γCO=1.2078±0.003A, γCD=1.1117±0.007A, ∠DCD=116°37'±40'. It is shown that small difference between the γ_z-structures of different isotopic species is not negligible. This effect has been taken into consideration in the determination of the molecular structure.
