The relaxation process of a photo-generated exciton is studied under conditionsincluding high tenaperature and sm.al] nonradiative damping, where the LOphonon cascade relaxation ctoct>lines and a broad luminescenc?: coexist in awide energy range of the light scattering spectrum. To treat this, a simplifiedbalance equation for the exciton distribution function is derived by extendingthe theory in the preceding paper, and solved num.erica]]y. With some furtherapproxinaations, analytic investigations are also made. According as how LOCRprocess and the naultiple LA scattering process occur during the: life time ofexciton, the behavior of the distrjbution function is classified intc>three types, and from. this view point, a discussion is given on the comparisor. with experi-mental observations.
