The electronic structure in the mixed valence state in the case that one of twodifferent valence states has a singlet LSJ level is studied here. This study is basedon the multisite Friedel-Anderson model with the spin-orbit iuateraction. Thealloy analogy of Hubbard is used to treat the effects of strorag correlations. Thesusceptibility is calculated as a function of temperature. It has a maximum ata low tenaperature and is finite as I-+0 IC, A gap or a dip appears around the flevel in the density of states of the conductiona electrons.
