'Using the generalized Feynman path-integral method developed in the preced-ing paper, the polaron state at finite temperature in a weak magnetic field isi?vvestigated. The Landau zero-poiuat energy amad the diamagnetic susceptibilityare calculated. The magnetic mass deduced from these coincides with the iuaertialmass which was calculated previously except for the case of the strouag electron-phoxton coupliuag at finite temperature.
