Quasi-classical theory is presented of cyclotron resonance of hot electrons onthe liquid 'He, when a magnetic field is applied ttormal to the surface. TheBoltzmann transport.equation is solved for the many subband case where theelectron-ripplon and electron-He gas ixtteractions are considered as domunantscattering mechanisms. The resonance line-shapes are calculated as functions ofthe magttetic field and the input microwave power, At low temperature, thelime-shape becomes non-Lorentzian consisting of the central narrow peak and thebroad background in a certain region of input microwave power, These results arein qualitative agreement with existing experiments.
