Using a new method to study a self-avoiding walk problem developed by deGennes and des Cloizeaux, scattering.functions in small and large arigular regionsare calculated with an assumption that a subchain in a single chain and a fullchain with same steps have a same probability density for correlation. They arecompared with experimental results. The result obtained in polystyrene (P.S.)-M.E.K. solution which has a small excess free energy does agree well with thefunction in small angular region, but the result obtained in P.S.-benzene solutionwhich is thermodynamically good solution dies not. On the other hand, thescattering function in large angular region has a dependence of k-"', which issimilar to a dependence of k-' of two phase model in a porous granule, althoughthe results published so far do not agree with this dependence.
