A nonlocal phenomenological equation is introduced for a multicomponent fluidwhere chemical or nuclear reactions are taking place. The reciprocity between thenonlocal linearcoefficients is examined closely. An approximation reduces the nonlocalequation to the ordinary phenomenological relation with correction terms which showclearly a coupling of the reaction with the diffusion and the thermal conduction in anisotropic system.
