The calculations using the impact parameter method employed in paper I [N.Toshima: J. Phys. Soc. Japan 42 (1977) 633] are extended to lower energies. The crosssections for 10.5 -+107' 10.5 -+10P and 107' -+1OD are also calculated 1/2 1/2>1/2 3/2 1 /2 3/ 2 IThe Glauber approximation is also applied to these processcs and it is in goodagreement with the impact parameter method down to 1.25 eV I'or proton impact anddown to l.36x10 'eV for electron impact. A simple semiempirical formula isproposed, which agrees well with the impact parameter method and the Glauberapproximation for all the processes over the whole ertergy range studied in this article
