Numerical analysis has been made of the tixtae evolution in density profiles ofthe ixmpurities in a Tokamak. The diffusion and atonaic processes of inxpurities aretreated simultaneously. Two different numerical ntethods were used ; the resultsare in good agreement between the two. Calculations are naade in the case of aconstant spatial distribution of the plasma! The impurity concentration in theplasnaa is revealed. The procedure may be useful for analysis of the time evolutionor a Tokamak plasnta in conaputer siv'x'xulation and for the analysis ofthe impuritiesby optical nteasurement
