The force on a Brownian particle moving at a small but finite velocity in an incom-pressible fluid is studied on the basis of equations governing fluctuatinghydrodynamics. A nonlinear Langevin equation for a spherical Brownian particlewith an explicit fluctuation-dissipation relation depending on the motion of the particle is derived.[nonlinear Langevin equation, spherical Brownian particle, fluctuation-dissipa- lf tion relation, fluctuating hydrodynamicsl
