Supercomputer simulations are performed in order to reveal characteristic featuresof vector fractons excited on very large two-dimensional percolating networks. It isfound that the frequency region of the crossover from vector to scalar fractons in thedensity of states is rather broad. It is also confirmed that the vector fracton dimen-sionality D is close to 0.79, irn accord with the scaling prediction.fractal, fracton, percolation, random system
