The disintegration of solitons is observed in a nonlinear LC circuit with in-homogeneity. Experimentally the inhomogeneity is realized by connecting linearcapacitors in the shunt branch parallel to the nonlinear capacitors or by changinggradually the inductance of linear inductors in the series branch. It is ex,perimen-tally shown that the evolution of a wave in an inhomogeneous circuit depends onthe initial amplitude of a soNiton. The result is explained by the K-dV type equa-tion taking account of the inhomogeneous effect.
