The intensities of 111-reflections of Al and Au are calculated by the method of power expansion of the scattering matrix given in the previous paper [J. Phys. Soc. Japan 14 (1959) 1558], and of 333-reflections, by the use of Feynman expansion of the scattering matrix. The results are compared with those given by the two-wave approximation and by the kinematical theory. If we allow an error of 3% in the intensity, the critical thickness of the crystal for 40kV electrons below which the kinematical theory can safely be applied is 60A and 15A for Al and for Au, respectively. For higher order reflections such as 333, the deviation of the intensity from those of the two-wave approximation and of the kinematical theory is considerable. It is pointed out that the methods of elimination of the dynamic effect have to be re-examined.
