The Relation between Charge-Exchange and Quasi-Elastic Scattering and Dynamics of Multiple Meson Production in High Energy Region

The relation between angular distribution aud energy dependence of A+B→C+D type scattering cross section and dynamical behaviors of multiple meson wave produced in high energy collision is analyzed through unitarity relation. Assuming that the most energetic particle in inelastic channel has the same quantum number with that of the incident particle in the same direction, we call explain the various behaviors of quantum number exchange scattering semi-quantitatively, i. e. energy dependence and angular distribution of π^-P→π^0n, π^-P→ηn, PP→PN^*_1 / 2, PP→Σ^-Σ^- etc. , as well as elastic scattering. Also under the above assumption we can show a factorization theorem (4.1) for energy dependence and angular distribution of A+B→C+D type scattering, and this theorem is very useful to compare various two body processes. Our results are different in some processes from that deduced by Regge pole theorem.
