Using a new type of quark cascade model and analogous treatment with Drell, Levy and Yan's renormalized theory in an infinite momentum frame, we analyze the reaction γ_v N→π^±X in the current fragmentation region. The magnitudes and shapes of the inclusive spectra and π^+/π^- ratio versus x' of the reaction γ_v N→π^±X in the current fragmentation region for fixed Q^2/2Mν are compared with the experimental data.
