On the Structure of Hadrons

The picture of the structure of hadrons which have been proposed by K. Matumoto and M. Nakagawa is developed, based on an analogy to the structure of atoms and molecules. We extend b-charge and call urbaric charge which corresponds to the electric charge in atoms and molecules. Hadrons are supposed to be urbarically neutral and to be constructed with urbarically charged substances (a single urbaryon triplet+something unknown) by the urbaric force acting between the urbaric charges. The urbaric force is supposed to be super-strong and to have a range of the order of the hadron size ahadron(~1/1~2)M_N) and therefore to be mediated by a heavy quantum having mass m~1/ahadron(1~2)M_N. (The urbaric force does not act between separated (urbarically neutral) hadrons. Therefore, the urbaric force has an essentially different nature from the so-called OBE(one-boson-exchange) force acting between separated hadrons.) Based on Iizuka's results on the characteristic nature of the constructive force of hadron, a heavy quantum theory of the constructive force is developed. It is clarified that only the properties of the heavy quantum expected from the above picture-a (unitary scalar) vector boson coupled with a (unitary scalar) urbaryon vector current-are consistent with Iizuka's results. It is further shown that the urbaryon mass is about 10 Bev which makes the so-called Thomas term also consistent with Iizuka's results. Some remarks are given on the problems which may be connected with the subquantal nature of the heavy quantum and of urbaryon dynamics. The characteristic behavior of the heavy quantum in high energy phenomena is investigated. There it is shown that the heavy quantum has a nature similar to that of the H-quantum, and the H-quantum itself may be just the heavy quantum of the constructive force of hadrons. The characteristic energy E_1 and E_2, from which the heavy quantum radiation and t-t^^- pair production begin to take place respectively, are estimated. THe stability of urbarically ionized substances is investigated and their possible existence pattern as matter is presented.
