The BRS^* transformation in the gauge theory of the Poincare group P_4 is straightforwardly extended to the N=1 super-Poincare group SP_4^1 by introducing the anti-commuting variables in addition to the space-time coordinates and with the help of the heuristic geometrical approach. The simplest form of the Lagrangian density in the P_4 theory, which was shown to be equivalent to that of the vierbein formalism of Einstein's theory of gravitation, is also extended naturally to the SP_4^1 theory by introducing the super-vielbein fields.
