We discuss the condition of the vanishing vacuum expectation values of scalar quarks and scalar leptons in supersymmetric SU(3)×SU(2)×U(1)×U'(1) models. Their masses are found to be smaller than 12 GeV in some models, which is inconsistent with the experimental results. A possible resolution is studied.
