T-Odd Asymmetry in Production and Decay of Neutralino by e^+ e^- Annihilation

T-violation in a neutralino (Xi) production and decay process, e^++e^-→X_1+X_2→X_1+X_1l^+l^-, at the Z-pole is discussed in the supersymmetric standard model. An asymmetry of an initial electron and two final leptons is defined and calulated as a T-violation effect.
