We investigate ψ's→e^+e^- decays in a relativistic composite particle model for cc^^- bound states. Our model includes two assumptions: (1) To use the relativistic harmonic oscillator wave functions to describe inner orbital motions of cc^^-. (2) The existence of S-D mixing force as a perturbation. We can reproduce the experimental values over all e^+e^- decays of ψ's including recently discovered ψ(3.772), in which ψ(4.414) and ψ(3.772) are identified with the cc^^- bound states whose dominant components are 2^3D_1 (unlike the ordinary assignment) and 1^3D_1, respectively. Furthermore, we predict another resonance whose dominant component is 3^3S_1: mass 〜4.2 GeV, Γ<e^+e^->〜3 keV.
