For the scattering on nuclei, a few classes of models coexist or are in competition. It has been pointed out that p^^--A process is very important for the study of the space-time development of the multiparticle production and for the model selection. In this short note using the multichain model (MCM), we comment on the difference between the single particle distributions in p-A and p^^--A collisions which can be easily checked by detailed experiments. This may serve as a further test for MCM.
