The quantum theory of Einstein's gravitational theory supplemented with terms containing R^2 and R_<μν>R^<μν> is renormalizable but the massive tensor ghost field contained in this theory causes the serious unitarity problem. We suggest a possible mechanism of the confinement of this tensor ghost.
