An O(4) partial wave expansion by Freedman and Wang is applied to the reaction "e^+e^-→hadron + anything". On the basis of this expansion we propose to modify the usual moments to Nachtmann type ones whenever we need to consider hadron-mass effects. Further we point out some dangerous aspects due to kinematical hadron-mass effects.
