O(4) Symmetry in Inclusive Lepton-Hadron Scatterings

The method of O(4) symmetry by Freedman and Wang is applied to inclusive lepton-hadron scatterings. It is shown that Nachtman's moments correctly take into account the kinematical target mass correction even in the region where Wilson's operator product expansion cannot be applied.
