The mass of lepto-quark gauge bosom and the nucleon lifetime are estimated in an SO(10) grand unified theory. We use the β-function including the gauge boson mass effects explicitly, and solve renormalization group equation numerically. We also discuss the dependence of results on the various parameters of this theory.
