A critical analysis of massive spin-2 fields interacting with and external electromagnetic field is made. The minimally couple spin-2 wave equation loses one constant (the tenth constraint equation) which is derived as a teriary constraint. This originates from the lack of inevitability of the constraint equation. Such a loss of constraint is a non-Lorentz covariance phenomenon in the sense of Jenkins.
