Quantization of the Regge slope is studied on the basis of the string model. In our formulation, the mass density of the string is treated as a function of internal dynamical variables newly introduced. Interactions between strings with various Regge slope parameters and external scalar fields are discussed in our formulation. Speculations on the ψ particles are also given.
