An extended particle model of hadrons obeying a difference equation as its equation of motion is studied. It is shown that the present model has three kinds of excitation; rigid-body like rotational excitation, string like vibrational excitation and U(3) excitation. In especial, the U(3) excitation is obtained from the Lagrangian itself which contains derivatives of infinite order with respect to the time ordering parameter without any approximation such as the smallness of the vibration.
