Semi-phenomenological amplitudes which are obtained by applying the one-pole approximation of the left-hand cuts are used to describe the S-wave K^^--N reactions. The principal purpose is to examine possible energy dependences of the "constant" parameters in the zero range theory. It is assumed that Y_0 is an S_<1/2> Dalitz-Tuan type bound state and that the I=0 complex scattering length has a negative and large real part near the K^^--N threshold. It is shown that the I=0 scattering length shows an energy behavior consistent with some indications from the experiment above the Y_0-mass, though the behavior becomes wrong at lower energies. The amplitudes also give qualitative information about potentials in each channel. The suggested features of the I=0 channel potentials are well understood by a vector meson exchange model. A rough estimation of coupling constants of vector mesons is given.
