Restricting ourselves to the case where l/ξ_0≪1, the detailed study of the current as a function of k is made by the use of the method we previously employed, where l is the mean free path, ξ_0 the correlation length of the electron pair and k the momentum of the electron pair. It is shown that the maximal current of the system is not the critical current determined in a preceding work but vanishes like (1-T/T_<C0>)^<3/2> near the critical temperature, which confirms qualitatively Rogers' suggestion that the maximal current in the presence of scattering is found simply by multiplying a factor (l/ξ_0)^<1/2> on that for a pure superconductor. Also a brief discussion on the superconducting state without an energy gap is given.
